RadarMe ("the app", "we", "us") is a location-based social discovery service. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using RadarMe, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect the following categories of information:
Your location and profile information are shared in real time with other users present in the same lobby, so that the radar feature can function. This is the core purpose of the app — RadarMe is fundamentally a real-time, location-based discovery tool, and disabling location sharing means the app cannot operate.
We use your email solely to manage your account, send authentication-related emails (password reset, email verification), and, if you purchase a partner lobby, to send you setup confirmations and QR codes.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use your data for targeted advertising.

These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to provide their services to us, not for their own purposes.
Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly from within the app (Profile → Privacy → Delete my account). Deletion removes your profile, progression data, and authentication record. Some anonymized or aggregated data (such as zone-discovery records not tied to your identity) may be retained for service integrity.
If you are a resident of the EU, UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your data. Contact us using the details below to exercise these rights.
RadarMe is intended for users aged 18 and older. The app involves real-time location sharing and direct communication with strangers, and is not designed for or directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from users under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account, we will take steps to delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, authenticated API access, Firebase security rules) to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the app.
We do not tolerate the usage of our services in any manner that violates applicable local, national, or international laws and regulations. Users are strictly required to conduct themselves in full compliance with the legislation in force. Any behavior that breaches these legal frameworks is formally prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and if necessary a report to the competent authorities.
this application doesn't allow any sort of explicit sexual content, this means we will also sanction as fast as possible any use of sexual imagery on our platform
We encourage politeness and mutual respect. Conversely, we strongly discourage any form of hostility or personal attacks.
private chats are not actively monitored, but multiple reports could result in an investigation.
At the moment, all the chats, pokes, interactions you have with other people on the app is ephemeral on the client side. On the server side however, conversations will last as long as we aren't directly acting on them
In order to prevent abusing profiles, we integrated a report button. People who fall into the prohibited behavior specified in will be sanctioned as fast as possible. As mentioned in 2.a, we can still access the conversations if necessary
We do not perform refunds on consommables, non consommables and subscriptions unless we have evidence of a mistake done on our part.
We cannot allow such refunds as a small company, we would need to check the veracity of many claims, something we can't afford to do at the moment, so please, be considerate here and cautious.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
